Return & Refund
The concept behind Piply is uniqueness, hence the quantity of a particular design will always be limited. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, you can return the garment back provided it is in its original form unused, unwashed and undamaged with its original tags and labels intact. Once you have shipped the garment to us, please do write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a confirmation of receipt through email and we will exchange based on availability of stock. In case, we don’t have your required size, we will give you store credit by default or a full refund if requested within 7-10 days of receipt of product back to us.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the package. If you wish to return a piece, please send us a mail within 1 week of receiving your order.
Please read item description carefully and note the sizes of the products. Also note that the colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate as seen in your particular screen.
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Please note by purchasing from Piply you as the buyer agree to our shopping terms, conditions and policies.
Piply holds the right to not accept returns in case the garment is used or damaged by the customer.
Shipping charges will not apply to any domestic delivery.
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 14 working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please email and inform us in advance.
At the moment our website is not supporting payment through international credit/debit cards. In the meantime you may purchase for international delivery through local credit/debit cards.
Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on custom policy
Cancellation will only be accepted within 72 Hours of order placement. Kindly email email@example.com for cancellation.
In case of damaged/defective products, refunds will be initiated within 15 working days after the product is shipped to us.
